Where'd ya get that from? I seem to recall Goku saying he'd hit his peak during Cell Saga, yet he was even stronger come Buu Saga. Yeah, I gotcha on that one. Man... we need to give Goku some more credit here, though. I know the fight lasted like 5 secs, but Goku straight up said the kid lived up to his expectations. I mean.. What else amount of power could Goku be talking about? None. Unless it's something random. That's exactly what I go with, at the end of the day it's basically all we got to work with.

Since Oob physically hurt Goku's arm and blew him back with his aura, I see a decent power gap. I'll spell it out number wise. Kid Boo: 200 Oob: 190 Base Goku: 165 Fat Boo: 155 Base Vegeta: 150 SSJ 2 Gohan: 150

His goal was to hit limit in Super Saiyan form and he did, but never in base. Maybe during Boo saga like its mentioned by AT they all were at max power and that also could mean how Goku couldnt get any stronger, but only weaker because of his age...

I really don't believe that base Saiyans can close gaps to levels like SSj2 and SSj3. Considering the gaps, it doesn't seem likely to me. If they were an unnatural being like a fusion, or if there was obvious evidence of the Saiyans getting zenkai at that point, then I'd be willing to change my mind.
	The vengeance is her's for as long as she stands by Him.
